Yes, we are fully licensed for wedding ceremonies on the rooftop terrace.
The William West Room can accommodate up to 60 guests on round banquet tables, or 66 with a top table.
Any food truck caterers are required to set up a marquee on our patio as food trucks are not permitted on-site.
Clifton Observatory does not have parking on-site, giving you the benefit of a peaceful, vehicle-free environment for your ceremony and in photographs.
Live music is permitted at Clifton Observatory although our venue does have noise limits.
We do have a list of recommended caterers and you can request a copy from our events team. However, you are not limited to our list when choosing your caterer. We require caterers to be PAT tested and to have Public Liability Insurance.
Weather is a very important consideration at Clifton Observatory and our team will work with you to prepare a contingency plan if the rooftop terrace is unable to be used due to bad weather.
