A Unique Venue

Our stunning historic venue combines class and comfort in our gorgeous William West room. Fittings include a DJ booth, a stunning chandelier, and Sonos sound system, which also functions on the rooftop terrace. The terrace has one of the most incredible views in the city, overlooking Clifton Down and Avon Gorge. Clifton Observatory is truly the perfect location to elevate your event and make it truly unforgettable.

Catering

Whatever the occasion, our catering supplier can provide the perfect complement. With a range of food and drink options, there is a menu to match any appetite and budget.

Additionally, our two bars are fully stocked and licensed from midday until 11pm on weekdays and 11:30pm on weekends in the William West room, and until 10pm on the rooftop terrace.

Attractions

When hiring Clifton Observatory for a private event, your guests will be given free access to our attractions, including the Giant’s Cave, with a stunning unique perspective of Avon Gorge and the Clifton Suspension Bridge, and the Observatory Tower museum, which houses the incredible Camera Obscura.
