Spend some time exploring the Giant’s Cave and discovering the fantastic Camera Obscura and answer a few questions along the way. Get every question right for a spooky and sweet Halloween treat! \n\n\n\nThe Halloween Trail is open every day from 10AM – 4PM\, Friday 23rd October – Sunday 1st November. Your ticket can be used on any day and time throughout the trail. Originally built as a windmill\, it was later turned into an observatory by Bristol artist William West. He also created the Camera Obscura and opened the passage down to the Giant’s Cave in 1837. On selected dates in December\, Santa and his Elves will be bringing festive cheer\, scrumptious food\, and gifts to Clifton Observatory’s private event space.  \n\n\n\nEnjoy a delectable brunch spread of bacon & eggs\, a selection of fresh fruit\, and stacks of waffles and pancakes with an array of toppings for you to mix and match. Juice\, chocolate milk\, hot chocolates\, teas & coffee will be available along with festively indulgent mimosas for grownups. \n\n\n\nBook one of our day slots: 9AM – 11:30AM – 2PM \n\n\n\nTickets are £22 for Adults (15+)\, £18 for Children (3-14)\, and £5 for Under 3s. DESCRIPTION:Relax\, re-balance mind & body in a heart-opening\, healing Sound Bath with breath taking views of Bristol’s iconic suspension bridge. \n\n\n\nJoin us at Clifton Observatory for a mesmerising experience led by Rounik Sound Healing. \n\n\n\nImmerse yourself in a tranquil and grounding setting of soothing candles\, glimmering fairy-lights\, and the serene sounds of gongs\, singing bowls and sacred chimes. \n\n\n\nRounik will bring you on a journey of relaxation\, guided meditation and sound therapy. This magical experience is worth experiencing! \n\n\n\nSpaces are very limited so be sure to reserve your spot below. You will need to bring your own (yoga) mat and blankets for this very special mindfulness experience. \n\n\n\n––– \n\n\n\nSound healing is a relaxing and re-tuning experience for us on multiple levels. It assists our brain to enter deeper\, slower states and encourages physical repair on a cellular level. Sound can be extremely supportive in processing trauma and guiding us through challenges and transformative periods of our lives. \n\n\n\nI’m looking forward to meeting you and sharing a sonic experience in the iconic Clifton Observatory\, an historic venue overlooking the beautiful Clifton Suspension Bridge. \n\n\n\nBefore the sound bath everyone has a chance to get comfy and we will start with a check-in\, intention for the session\, breathwork for connection to ourselves\, and a chakra balancing guided meditation and invitation for sacred vibrations from the instruments in to our inner space. \n\n\n\n\n\nPlease bring yoga mats\, a water bottle\, and extra blankets\, cushions and anything to help you feel comfy and safe during the sound journey. Sound baths are not recommended if you experience extreme hyper-sensitivity to sound\, epilepsy or are pregnant in your first trimester.
