        Get into the festive spirit with our  Christmas Masterclasse, Belle de Jour  style. Discover the fresh and fragrant materials synonymous with the festive season with a fun and fabulous day dedicated to the delights of Christmas decoration. The afternoon class will focus on designing a classic Christmas table centre and Christmas flowers Add mince pies and mulled wine for a memorable day out to start the festivities in fabulous Clifton Observatory style as we share our secrets to Christmas success. Classes commence at 2pm  and finish at approximately 4pm, Light refreshment is provided, as well as tea and coffee throughout the matinee This workshop gives you the opportunity to experiment and will cover how to construct and build beautiful wreaths. Hosted at the prestigious clifton landmark the Clifton Observatory  and lasting for approximately three hours you will be given all the materials to create an original and stylish wreath to take home at the end of the session. Watch the balloons from 360 at the Observatory, Bristol’s newest rooftop café

          It’s official! Bristol’s newest rooftop café has just opened atop Clifton Observatory and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you. 360 at the Observatory is the new name for our recently renovated roof terrace, where you can grab a refreshing drink and a snack and watch the world go by. Serving tea, coffee and soft drinks, as well as a range of ice creams from Marshfield Farm, what more could you need to go along with these stunning views?!     Join us from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th August when the annual Bristol International Balloon Fiesta returns to Bristol, and grab yourself a spot at the second highest point in the city (after Cossham hospital) – perfect for a balloon-spotting session during the 6am and 6pm mass ascents.
